Pricing

Our prices are based on the level of experience of our stylists, as well as the time required to execute your service. All listed prices may increase with hair length and density. Services that require additional time scheduled are also subject to an additional charge. Prices are subject to change without notice. All of our products and services are subject to all applicable taxes.

Appointments

All of our appointments are booked based on the amount of time required to execute the service. To avoid any disappointment we ask that all NEW CLIENTS speak with a member of our team, either in person or on the phone, to ensure proper scheduling.

We require a credit card on file to reserve an appointment. You may cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance with no charge. You will receive a reminder 72 hours prior to your appointment. If you are unable to provide 24hrs notice when canceling your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. Our stylists rely on your timely cancellation in order to have an opportunity to accommodate another guest.


Please ensure that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late we may need to rebook or adjust your service to fit within the time limitations. We appreciate your calling ahead if you believe you may arrive late for your appointment.

No Shows

A no show will result in being charged 100% of the scheduled service charge and you may be required to leave a deposit when booking in the future.

Online Booking

To serve you as best we can, you are able to request appointments online through our website! In order to successfully request an appointment online please ensure you complete all of the steps. Forms submitted through our online booking platform are requests and do not guarantee that you have an appointment. Your request will be reviewed and you will receive confirmation of your appointment once it has been approved. If you do not receive a confirmation from us, please call to confirm that the appointment was correctly submitted. If your appointment needs to be adjusted one of our team members will contact you via your requested contact method.

Colour Consultations

We require all new colour clients have a consultation with one of our colourists PRIOR to booking their service appointment. This is one of the most important steps to ensure that both you and your stylist know what you want and that we are able to book sufficient time to create your custom colour.

Each person is unique and we tailor our services and timing to the wants and
needs of our clients. Without proper consultation, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your service request.

Fixes

If you are unhappy with the results of your service, please let us know! We Guarantee all of our colour work (provided you are using proper home care) and haircuts. We want to ensure your needs are being met and kindly request that you make us aware of any issues within two weeks of your original appointment. We will make sure to schedule you in for a touch up, and that you are seen by the same stylist for your “fix”.

Referrals

We appreciate you spreading the love! As a thank you for introducing your friends and family to evoke, you and your referral will receive $10 off your next service appointment!

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Products sold at evoke salon may be exchanged or returned for an in-salon credit. Products must remain unopened and in their original packaging along with proof of purchase in order to be accepted for an exchange or credit. If a product is defective please let us know and we will exchange it for you.

We do not offer refunds on our services.

Policy Agreement

By booking at evoke salon, the client understands and agrees to all evoke salon policies. Our policies are subject to change without notice; such changes are effective immediately and will be communicated by phone, in person, or by email.

Privacy Policy

All personal and credit card information stored on clients is strictly confidential and is not shared with any third parties. All personal information is held in a crypto secure system operated by our credit card processing company (Moneris) and evoke salon has no access nor liability in the storage of this sensitive information.
